We handle the entire process—from submission to final publication—ensuring the manuscript meets the target journal’s requirements and progresses smoothly through peer review and editorial workflows.
To extend the reach of the publication, we deploy a strategic audience generation plan driving HCPs to the open-access article. Comprehensive engagement metrics are captured and reported back to the sponsor.

A: Sponsors may choose to review and approve the discussion guide and manuscript drafts.Some organizations require a medical accuracy review prior to submission, which can be accommodated. The final content reflects the independent views of the expert panel to maintain scientific credibility.
A: We submit to peer-reviewed medical journals relevant to the target specialization. Selection is commonly chosen by the authors.
A: Timelines vary based on KOL availability, journal review timelines, and other factors but most programs take 7.0 months from kickoff to publication. It takes about 4.5 months from Day 1 to completed materials, then 2.5 months for journal review through publication. Our team actively manages each phase to stay on track.
A: The final publication, plus derivative materials, are often leveraged by field teams. If needed, we can plan to stay on-label.
A: These projects commonly address best practices with a single therapeutic, however they can be fair-balanced as well. The content scope is very flexible.
